What these terms cover

These terms apply when you place an order through this website for collection at our bakery.

Placing an order

You order by choosing items and a collection day and time window. Your order is confirmed when we show you a confirmation.

Everything is baked to order, so each item states how many days ahead we need. If you order later than that, we may not be able to bake it.

Availability

We bake in small batches and sometimes sell out. If we cannot bake something you ordered, we will contact you and offer an alternative or take it off the order. You only pay for what you collect.

Collection

Please collect within the window you chose. If you cannot make it, contact us as early as you can and we will do our best to move it.

Bread left uncollected at the end of the day cannot be refunded, because it was baked specifically for you.

Payment

Payment is taken at the counter when you collect. We do not take card details online. Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes.

Allergens

Our bread contains gluten (wheat). Products may also contain milk, eggs, nuts, sesame or soy.

Everything is made in one small kitchen where all of these ingredients are used, so we cannot guarantee that any item is free from traces.

If you have a serious allergy, please talk to us before ordering and write it in the notes field so we can advise you.

Changes and cancellations

Because we bake to order, you can change or cancel an item up to the lead time stated on it. After that the ingredients are already accounted for.

Our responsibility

We take care to bake well and to describe our products accurately. If we get something wrong, tell us and we will put it right.

Our responsibility is limited to the value of your order. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which our bakery operates.
