Who is responsible for your data

Knead and Feed Sourdough is responsible for the information described on this page. For anything here, write to us and we will answer.

What we collect

When you place an order we ask for your name, your email address and a phone number, together with the items you chose, the collection day and time window, and anything you write in the notes field.

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account, so you do not have to type them in. We never receive your Google password and we cannot read your email.

Why we use it

We use your details only to:

• bake the right order and have it ready for you
• contact you if something about your order needs confirming
• find your order at the counter when you collect it
• fill in your details next time, when you are signed in

Payment

We do not take payment through this website and we never ask for card details. You pay at the counter when you collect your order, so card data never reaches us or our servers.

Cookies and your browser

If you choose to sign in, we set one cookie to keep you signed in. Your cart lives in your own browser and is not stored on our servers.

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not track you across other sites, and we do not run third-party analytics.

Who else sees your information

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

It is seen only by the services that make this site work: our hosting provider, Google when you choose to sign in with your Google account, and our payment provider when you pay for an order.

How long we keep it

We keep order records while we need them to run the bakery and to meet our accounting obligations. After that we delete them.

You can ask us to delete your details sooner, and we will.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us using the contact details below and we will act on your request.

You can always place an order without signing in, and you can ask us to keep your details out of future orders.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update the date at the top of this page.
